Texcom Announces Board Changes

HOUSTON, TX - (Marketwire) – September 9, 2014 - Texcom, Inc. (OTC Pink: TEXCD)(the "Company" or "Texcom"), an environmental services company serving the oil and gas industry, today announced that Stephen J. Barth has stepped down as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Wallis T. Marsh has been elected to replace him. Mr. Barth will remain on the Board and will also assume the role of Secretary of the Company, a role previously held by Mr. Marsh.
