Texcom Announces Hiring of Don Halter, CHP

HOUSTON, TX - (Marketwire) – February 11, 2015 - Texcom, Inc. (OTC Pink: TEXC)(the "Company" or "Texcom"), an environmental services company serving the oil and gas industry, today announced that Texcom Environmental Services, LLC, its wholly owned subsidiary, has hired Don Halter, CHP, as its Radiation Program Director. Texcom Environmental Services is focused on providing radiation assessment and remediation services to industrial clients, with an emphasis on the oil and gas industry. 

“Don brings over twenty years of experience as a radiation specialist to Texcom. He is one of a few Certified Health Physicists in the country specializing in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries and holds BS degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Radiation Protection Engineering, as well as an MS degree in Health Physics, all from Texas A&M University,” stated Bob May, President of the Company. “Combined with Alan McArthur and Frank Starkey, Texcom now has an unrivaled team of radiation professionals with over 70 years of combined NORM (naturally occurring radioactive material) experience and having completed projects on five continents. “I am excited to join the Texcom team and to help expand our industrial services both domestic and abroad, including importation of NORM waste for disposal,” stated Don.
