At Texcom Inc., we take great pride in the reputation we have earned throughout the U.S. Gulf Region for being the trusted go-to source for the complete and final disposal of both Non-hazardous Oilfield Waste (NOW) and Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM) generated from the exploration and production of oil and natural gas.
Through our subsidiary companies and under permits from Texas state regulatory agencies, Texcom Inc. currently owns and operates two Class II waste disposal facilities within the State of Texas:
Texcom, Inc. owns 100% of Texcom Peak Environmental Services, LLC which owns and operates the Texcom Peak Disposal #1 well in the Fayetteville Shale play in Van Buren County, Arkansas. While the well is permitted for 15,000 barrels of oil and gas water per day, the maximum allowed pumping pressure of 5,285 pounds limits the effective capacity of the well to about 5,000 barrels per day. The well is located on State Highway 65 just a few miles south of Clinton, Arkansas. Texcom Peak Environmental Services, LLC employs four full time employees and a consultant manager.
Texcom, Inc. owns a 20% ownership interest in Texcom Gulf Disposal, LLC which owns permits to construct and operate four Class I Underground Injection Control wells and an additional permit to store and process nonhazardous industrial waste in Montgomery County, Texas. The first well has been drilled and is ready for operation. The permits allow for cumulative maximum injection of 350 gallons per minute, or 12,000 barrels per day. Construction of the surface facilities is currently ongoing and operations are expected to begin early in the third quarter of 2019.
